How does the ÖSD exam work?

Both parts of the exam take place on the same day. Please keep the entire day free, as there will be a break between the exam sections.

You may retake the full exam as many times as you wish; however, exam fees will apply again each time.


Partial exams are currently not offered.

You will receive detailed information about the procedure by email no later than 3 days before the exam. Please keep the entire exam day free, as a break is scheduled between the written and oral parts.


❗Please arrive at DeutschAkademie on time on the exam day! Unfortunately, if you arrive late or do not have a valid official photo ID, we will not be able to admit you to the exam!
