Important information about our language courses

Kindly note the following organisational conditions of our language courses. These are intended to ensure a smooth course operation and a consistent quality of instruction. 🙌

1. Teaching materials and instructors
Please understand that the allocation of specific textbooks or a particular instructor cannot be guaranteed. You are welcome to share your preferences when booking your course. We will do our best to take these into account.

2. Group size
There is no entitlement to a specific group composition or group size.

3. Teaching language (German only)
To ensure the best possible learning outcomes, classes are conducted exclusively in German. Courses in English are not offered. The teaching language does not constitute a valid reason for a subsequent cancellation.

4. Course format
By booking, you agree to the selected course format. There is no entitlement to a refund or reduction of course fees if the chosen format does not meet personal preferences.

5. Course content
Our level courses are based on the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages and cover its respective content. Depending on the teaching materials and instructor, additional topics may be included. Content for specialised courses can either be found on our website or is provided directly by the instructor.
