My visa was declined.

In case you do not get a visa for your German course, then we will refund the course fees in full if you inform us until 14 days before the beginning of the course.

If you can present us with a copy of the statement of refusal by the German / Austrian embassy, cancellation is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the course starts.
