My visa was declined.

In case you do not get a visa for your German course, then we will refund the course fees in full up to 14 days before the beginning of the course.

If you can present us with a copy of the statement of refusal by the German / Austrian embassy, cancellation is possible free of charge up to 7 days before the course starts.
