Cancellation policy for telc exams

You can cancel or postpone your exam free of charge up to 4 weeks before the exam date. After this deadline, cancellation or postponement is no longer possible.

If you register within the last 30 days before the exam, cancellation or postponement is no longer possible. This also applies in case of illness. The full exam fee will be charged.
